I hope you all like the video's and use these lessons to become better baseball players.  I posted these videos based on the knowlegde that I acquired playing at the University of Findlay.  If I can give young players one piece of advice is that no matter how good you think you are there is always someone better.  You must strive to raise the level of your game each and every day.  Studying the game and having an understanding of everything that you do on the field will propel you to the next level.  Be coachable, be a leader, stay humble, and play the game as hard as you possibly can (You never know who might be watching)!
